Doña Francisca Subdivision

Doña Francisca is the most exclusive subdivision in Bataan, Philippines.

The name of the subdivision of Doña Francisca was derived from Doña Francisca Rey Hipolito Pascual, who was originally from Balanga. She was the mother of the former governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, Don Miguel Cuaderno.

DFS was developed by VL construction Company. DFS is a thirty six (36) hectares Subdivision in Balanga and within the boundaries of Sibacan,Talisay and Malabia. On July 6, 1988,during the term of Brgy. Captain Avelino Batungbacal, DFS was transformed into a Barangay. Later, during his term, he developed the vacant lots, now known as the DFS Park.

At present, the Barangay captain is Mr. Rodolfo Bernabe. Today, lot cost ranges from P2500.00 to 3,000.
