A proposal has been made to merge sticky end/blunt end here. My personal reaction is, wouldn't it be more logical to merge into restriction enzyme? // habj 13:27, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

A possible reason not to is that restriction enzymes aren't the only things that produce sticky or blunt ends (though restriction enzymes are the most common context, granted). Bryan 09:48, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
