It makse sense to use this in the article on "Disneyland: The First 50 Magical Years", but I don't think the use on Steve Martin fits our guidelines for fair use. I don't see what of significance it's adding.. it looks like a decoration to me. --Gmaxwell 22:56, 26 December 2006 (UTC)

This picture should fall under the fair use guidelines because it is a image released as part of a press kit. Besides, there is no other way to obtain the image because no flash photography is permitted in the theater. Therefore, this is the only way to obtain the image. Jonyyeh 01:23, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
