Djanet (Arabic: جانيت) is an oasis city in south-east Algeria. It is located in Illizi Province, located 412 kilometers from Illizi. It is inhabited by the Kel Ajjer (Kel Azjar) Tuareg people. It is the capital of Djanet District.
