Diya Sonecha (born 15 May 2004) is an Indian television actress best known for her role as Krishna Walia in the Hindi television drama Kasamh Se.

Diya was born in India. She is Gujarati and speaks both Gujarati and Hindi. She got her biggest break at age 2 when she won the heart of millions for her role of Krishna Walia in Kasamh Se.

Kasamh Se is the Indian show that give Diya her fame. The little guju girl entered Kasamh Se at the age of two, still managed to capture everyone's heart. She played the role of Krishna Walia the little daughter of the main leads of the show, Jai and Bani Walia. The girl entered after the first five year leap of the show. She gave her father Jai the ability to have the happiness that he lost after the death of his wife and Krishna and Aatharva's mother, Bani. Krishna turned to be just like her mother Bani, from the way she talked till her cuteness. She along with twin brother Aatharva were the apples of their parents eyes. The only little girl in the leap between three boys. This little daddy and mummy's princess however was kidnapped along with brother, Aatharva were murdered at the hands of that kidnappers. The little star left breaking the hearts of millions, however after they shows second leap returns again to hug mother, Bani in her dreams.

"Krishna" the role she played, was a sweet little girl who got kidnapped and then got killed. Her role in Kasamh Se was Krishna Dixit-Walia who also had a brother named Aatharva Dixit-Walia. They both died at the same time which made the viewers...cry. Some of the viewers don't watch kasamh se anymore because of all the twists. Some stopped watching kasamh se because the sweet innocent children died. The others were because of ganga and the death of Daksh www.muft.tv, Kasamh se

Don't fear though. Krishna and Atharva do come back. Bani is pregnant again, and there's a sweet song as the months pass by.
