Divisions of Malaysia

The states of Malaysia that lie on Borneo (East Malaysia) are subdivided into divisions. These divisions are further divided into districts

The 16 divisions are:

  • Sabah: West Coast Division, Interior Division, Kudat Division, Sandakan Division, and Tawau Division; and
  • Sarawak: Betong Division, Bintulu Division, Kapit Division, Kuching Division, Limbang Division, Miri Division, Mukah Division, Samarahan Division, Sarikei Division, Sibu Division, and Sri Aman Division
