From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hello, Distraido. I'm Kafziel, a Wikipedia administrator. You may have noticed that a lot of your work is gone, and I'd like to explain the reasons for that.
Wikipedia has standards for inclusion, the gist of which can be found here. That guideline is based on community consensus and our policy of verifiability. If articles might not satisfy those criteria, they go through a process of discussion and debate at Articles for Deletion. If articles don't make any assertion at all of satisfying those criteria, they can be deleted without discussion. Because your article didn't make any claim of notability under our guidelines, it was deleted.
Since the article was deleted, there was no need for a disambiguation page, so that was deleted as well. Actually, that's not how disambiguation pages work anyway; we only use them if there are several articles with similar names. Since there's only one other one, it wouldn't need a separate disambiguation page anyway.
Since the image you uploaded was not licensed for free use and is no longer used, it's an "orphaned image". If you own the rights to it (and can prove it), you can license it under GFDL or Creative Commons. Improperly licensed images and orphaned fair use images are speedily deleted. This is in an effort to avoid violating copyright. If you're the creator of the photo, I hope you understand that this is to protect your rights.
I know it can be frustrating to spend time writing articles and uploading images only to have them disappear without a trace, so I hope this helps clear things up. You're free to keep editing, but you might want to consider reading our guidelines and learning the ropes a little bit. Here are some links you might find useful:
