Nice map! By any chance do you have one where these raions are labelled? I'm doing a world demographic database and I'm on Central Asia.

That's the hard part. I don't speak Turkmen, and my resources don't have labels. I will try to work with Statoids, as he has a list of the raions there (and can match up with capital city location).
