[edit] Kreise
The predominant translation of Kreise on the English WP is district, not county. Category:Counties of Prussia should become Category:Districts of Prussia, while each article in that category should be renamed from Kreis to Landkreis (de:Kategorie:Ehemaliger Landkreis in Posen, for instance).
