From what I can tell, as of this week (13 Aug 2007), this is no longer true: "The American HD channel has the name Discovery HD Theater and launched in June 2002. "

There now appear to be 2 different Discovery HD channels in the USA: Discovery HD Discovery HD Theater

Since these are 2 separate channels (with different programming), I reworded the article. Sstucker 00:56, 19 August 2007 (UTC)
