Disney Press is a department of The Walt Disney Company specifically used to produce books of various genres and for various age groups (mostly young children to young teenagers). Many of the books Disney Press produces are picture books based on Mickey Mouse and friends and other characters from many popular Disney animated features. Disney Press is also the publisher of books based on Disney Princesses and Disney Channel series and television films such as Lizzie McGuire, That's So Raven, Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, High School Musical, and The Cheetah Girls 2.

They will also be responsible for releasing the novels of the Kingdom Hearts series.

It has also worked in co-operation and partnership with TOKYOPOP to publish and release the Chuang Yi Digimon Manga in America, and it will work in partnership with TOKYOPOP to release and publish Shueisha's Digimon Next Manga in America.
