Some disbarred lawyers have had their licenses re-instated and are no longer is status disbarred. This category should clarify which it is: currently disbarred lawyers, or those who have ever been disbarred ... if this category should exist at all. After all, an attorney may be disbarred in one jurisdiction and not in another, e.g. William Sampson (attorney) disbarred in Ireland, highly successful in the USA. rewinn 08:36, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
