Dirk Demol (born November 4, 1959 in Harelbeke, Belgium) is Assistant Director Sportif for the US-based Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team. His specialization as a director is the spring classics, having himself won the 1988 edition of the one-day classic Paris-Roubaix, riding as a professional cyclist for Team ADR.
