[edit] Your passage on African American Hair:
- You've screwed up the headings in your addition. You should always preview your posts before saving them. (I made that mistake the first few times as well.)
- Really, it should be under the "cultural attitudes" section anyway.
- While I have no doubt you have the worthiest of intentions I would point out that it is possible THE most US-centric article-cum-soap-boxing stunt I've seen in a long time. The vast majority of black people are not, in fact, from the US as I'm sure you realise. Also, many other world cultures have attitudes to hair that are equally as important to them. The addition you have made seems to place undue prominence on what is actually a minor part of humanity. Why not edit your contribution down to one or two pertinent paragraphs similar in tone to the other entries in the Cultural Attitudes section? See WP:NOT and WP:NPOV. If you do it yourself then you'll prevent another contributor hacking it to pieces.
