[edit] Missionary Diocese?
The Diocese of Wakefield is sometimes referred to as The Missionary Diocese of Wakefield. At one time I believe that was on the headed paper, the diocesan directory, or both. Is this an official designation? I believe "missionary diocese" has some technical meaning in canon law.--Oxonian2006 (talk) 20:09, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
