From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Arms of the Church of England Diocese of Bradford, granted 4th June 1920.

The crossed keys of St Peter come from the arms of the Diocese of Ripon, from which Bradford Diocese was created. The blue colour of the shield is derived from that of the City of Bradford, while the woolpack shows the area's importance as a centre of the textile industry.
