Dionne Mahaffey-Muhammad is the President & CEO of The CPAI Group, Inc. (formerly Celebrity Personal Assistants, Inc). The company's staffing division provides college-educated personal assistants to celebrities and has become known as the "Staffing Agency to the Stars ™ in Hollywood circles. CPAI was named the "Official Concierge" for the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) during the 2003-05 NFL season. From a state-of-the-art call center, CPAI provided lifestyle management services to 1,896 active NFL players and over 5,000 retired members. This historical appointment was the first time that such a contract was awarded to a minority or female owned company. Dionne is also the author of Beyond The Red Carpet, a career guide focusing on behind the scenes careers in Entertainment. Her agency has been featured as a Hollywood insider on Oprah, MTV's Adventures in Hollyhood and E! Networks. Dionne received her Bachelors degree from Auburn University , her masters from Central Michigan University and she has done post-graduate studies at Brenau Women's College. She is also freelance writer whose copy has appeared in newspapers and magazines across the globe. She also provides marketing and public relations services to the sports and entertainment sectors. Prior to launching CPAI, Dionne was an Senior Manager with various Information Technology firms. She was also the founder of Blinks.net and Ashanti Technologies, Inc.
Dionne is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority; and the United Way's Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP).
