The Diocese of Mavelikara is the 6th diocese of the Syro-Malankara Catholic Church with 94 parishes and 37,000 members. The Bishop of this diocese is Joshua Mar Ignathios. This is a Suffurgan diocese of Major Archy Episcopal Eparchy of Trivandrum.
