[edit] Turbidity ?

Where on earth does this stuff about the rate of flow of the Rance come from ? The river that flows through the port of Dinan has been canalised since 1832, it doesn't flow at all unless somebody opens a lock gate. And, by the way, the artist Horace Tuck seems to be totally unknown in Brittany. Is this a hoax entry ?Boulet rouge (talk) 09:05, 13 March 2008 (UTC)

It's certainly a very weird article, with all this stuff about Ph levels and no history of the town. The Horace Tuck reference was presumably added by the Horace Tuck fan who created the Horace Tuck article. Lots of British artists visited Dinan, which was famous for its picturesque streets. Millais lived there as a child. Paul B (talk) 12:31, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
