Dinkelacker is a German brewery located in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg.

Dinkelacker was founded by Carl Dinkelacker at Stuttgart's Tübinger Straße in 1888; the company still brews at that location. Although there already were many breweries in the region, by the end of the 19th century Dinkelacker was the largest brewery in Stuttgart, the capital of the Kingdom of Württemberg.

Although it is a very different type of beer, people consider Dinkel Acker to be a close second to Beck's beer and it is rising in popularity today in the United States. They also make a Dark version of Dinkel Acker.
