Individual departments at colleges are almost never notable at Wikipedia. Can you show that The Department of International Relations at Boston University is a n internationally recognized world class department in the subject? As a minimum, I would expect in such a department that the majority of the faculty would be notable enough for articles in WP. We have no fixed guidelines for this, but almost every one of such articles have been deleted. As a start, you should add some third party references from reliable published sources unconnected with the college. DGG (talk) 03:59, 30 November 2007 (UTC)
