[edit] Trivia Section

Perhaps we could reduce the trivia in the Dig Dug article by making individual sections about the protagonist, cameos, and "in popular culture." That way we could eliminate the trivia section, since there isn't supposed to be one anyway. If no one responds to this in ten days, I'll make this change anyway. --Mr. DigDug 19:20, 7 October 2007 (UTC)

Well, there it is. Fix it if you like. - Mr. DigDug 22:08, 1 November 2007 (UTC)
Should the part about Moby in the Legacy section and the part about RIP SLYME in Cameos (added by myself) be combined into an 'in popular culture' section? There currently isn't one, and I'm unsure about the standards. Nakomaru (talk) 01:50, 11 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Character name

Does it really matter if the characters name is not Dig Dug in "canon" (whatever that is, is there really a Dig Dug canon)? After all Namco licensed the game to Infogrames and if they felt it wasn't to their standards they could have done something about it. I guess that's why they call it "trivia", but it is really, REALLY trivial. - Magnulus

  • Considering that his original name is given in... well, every other game he's appeared in since the Mr. Driller games, I think it's important enough to mention, especially since Taizo himself doesn't have his own article. SAMAS 00:38, 25 December 2006 (UTC)
