Digswell

Digswell is a village in Hertfordshire lying just north of Welwyn Garden City, the River Mimram and the Welwyn Viaduct. It has a population of c1600, two shops, one pub and is centred around Welwyn North railway station. Notable past residents include Kenneth Allsop, Alan Brazil, Graham Richard James, H G Wells and American actor Barry Chapman.
