Digi Connect ME

The DigiConnect ME is a connector-style embedded module from Digi International with a 10/100Mbit Ethernet interface and a 3.3V TTL serial port.
The module is based on the NET+ARM NS7520, which is a System-on-a-chip (SOC). It contains a 55 MHz ARM7 processor, 2 or 4 MB flash memory , 8 MB RAM, 5 GPIO pins and a JTAG port (optional).
