Diggers Rest is a railway station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, located in the suburb of Diggers Rest, on the Melbourne - Bendigo railway. Diggers Rest station is staffed part time, and is in Metcard Zone 2, being served by Sunbury Line services.

The station is located at the southern end of the Old Calder Highway level crossing. The station consists of two side platforms. Platform 1 contains a large brick building with an enclosed waiting room and a ticket office inside, while platform 2 is building or shelter less. A large Metcard machine is located outside the waiting room, which is able to dispense most ticketing options available and also accept notes and coins. No Metcard machine is located on platform 2. A signal box is located at the Bendigo end of the station.

Diggers Rest station opened on Sunday, 2 October 1859 with the line, being the terminus until the line was extended to Woodend in 1861. A small goods shed and siding were provided at this time. Interlocked gates were provided at the level in 1928, being replaced by boom barriers in 1982. The goods siding was removed in 1989 and the remaining crossover was removed in 1992.
