Diego De Gregorio (born September 6, 1986 in Chile) is a Chilean footballer who plays for the Romanian club CSM Râmnicu Vâlcea.
De Gregorio started his career in 2004 with Audax Italiano. In 2007 he had a successful spell with Deportes Melipilla before returning to Audax Italiano. He joined Râmnicu Vâlcea in 2008.
