The image linked here is claimed by Wikipedia editor DCGeist to be used under fair use as:

  1. it is an advertisement for a historically significant radio show and host;
  2. it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);
  3. the image is being used only for informational purposes; and
  4. its inclusion adds significantly to the article because it illustrates (a) one of the last and best-known original shows to air on the network described in the article, as discussed in the accompanying text, and (b) how the style of program promotion had changed by the 1980s.
