Dianne Oxberry

Dianne Oxberry is an English weather forecaster and co-presents BBC North West Tonight with Gordon Burns. She joined the BBC working as a personal assistant at Radio 2.

Oxberry studied Meteorology at the Met Office College in Berkshire, and became BBC North West's first on-screen weather presenter in 1995. Previously, Oxberry worked on BBC Radio 1, attaining her first radio job as an afternoon girl on the Steve Wright Show. She became a host on the shortlived Saturday morning children's TV programme, The 8:15 from Manchester.
Oxberry is currently the co-host of the breakfast show on BBC Radio Manchester with her colleague Eamonn O'Neill, weekdays between 6 and 9am.

She lives in Cheshire with her husband, Ian Hindle, whom she married in May 1993 in Sunderland. She is a vegetarian.
