Diane Sinclair (born April 6, 1921) was an actress and dancer for the stage, screen and television from the 1930s to the 1950s.

[edit] Early life
Sinclair was born Miriam Rosen, the only child of Max and Sylvia Rosen, on April 6, 1921. As a child, she appeared in several films, including
- Tomorrow's Children (1934) as Alice Mason
- The Fighting Code (1933) as Helen James
- Cradle Song (1933) as Christina
- Dangerous Crossroads (1933)
- Damaged Lives (1933) as Joan Bradley
- Rustlers' Roundup (1933) as Mary Brand
- The Washington Masquerade (1932) as Ruth Keane
[edit] Marriage
Sinclair met Sol Tepper, an orchestra musician, while performing in Pal Joey on Broadway. Tepper and Sinclair were married, and on July 29, 1943, gave birth to a son Ronald.

Sinclair danced and acted in many Broadway shows and tours, including starring as Ariel in the Tempest on tour (1945) and with Gene Kelly in Pal Joey (1940-41).
Other Broadway credits include Happy as Larry as Lachesis (1950); As the Girls Go as Miss Swenson (1948-50); Sons o' Fun as Little Nell and Ensemble (1941-43) and Too Many Girls (1939-40).

Sinclair became a fixture on the TV variety shows of the 1950s, often starring with longtime dance partner Ken Spaulding. She was a regular on the Dave Garroway Show from 1953-1954. Life Magazine pictured her on its cover of January 25, 1954.
