Diane McFarlin is the current Publisher for the Sarasota Herald-Tribune.[1]
McFalin is a fourth-generation Floridian, and she began her journalism career at age 15 when she covered her first city commission meeting for her hometown newspaper. McFalin went on the study Journalism at the University of Florida, and her first job was with the Herald-Tribune. In 1985, she was promoted to managing editor, and in 1999 she was promoted to publisher.
