The Dyker Heights Club House was designed by Albert Edward Parfitt, reportedly cost $30,000 to build, and opend in the summer of 1898. This building was used by the residents of the locality for entertaining, balls, card games, and even bowling. The building also was used by Mr. Johnson as the real estate office of Dyker Heights.
