Dhanauha is a census town in Jaunpur district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India.

As of 2001 India census,[1] Dhanauha had a population of 6213. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Dhanauha has an average literacy rate of 58%, lower than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 69% and, female literacy is 46%. In Dhanauha, 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.
