Conversations with R.Koot re: Categorization

[edit] /Is cs a subcategory of is?

Hi, cat:CS and cat:IS are already siblings through cat:Science and cat:Academic disciplines so I don't think a third category will be necessary. I think it is indeed best to remove cat:CS from cat:IS as information scientists are not that interested in CS. I think it would be best to keep cat:IS under cat:CS as computer scientist are interested in questions studied by information scientists (how to structure information using XML? how do create an efficient user-interface?) At the moment cat:IS is a mess though, most of the entires in it are not related to IS at all. Cheers, —R. Koot 22:55, 4 December 2005 (UTC)
