Devis Mukaj (born 21 December 1976) is an Albanian footballer who plays as a midfielder.
He currently plays for SK Tirana as well as the Albanian national team. He started his career at Flamurtari Vlorë in 1994. In 1997, he moved to Partizani Tirana. A year later, he joined SK Tirana in 1998 but moved after a single season to the Croatian side Varteks. He spent a season and half at Varteks before returning to SK Tirana in the winter break of the 2001-02 season.
In the Albanian National Team, Devis Mukaj has become a key player ever since Otto "Maximal" Baric took over as a coach.
