This article is not spam and is not being written by a manufacturer. It is a legitimate topic due to all the ads for this stuff. I am not a proponent, but see many people believing the hype and buying them. For whatever reason some control freaks out there in wikiland want to rapidly delete this, they are not doing any service to Wikipedia and are violating the AGF guideline. This topic is important due to a recent FDA warning about several manufacturers of foot patches that have imported products containing unapproved substances and known dangerous substances. More references will appear if given the chance.
