I changed the term "settlement" into "neighborhood". I know what you meant to say, but to most English speakers (especially native ones) "settlement" implies organized placement of population in the given area for specific purposes, often political (like Jewish settlements in Gaza, 17th century English settlements in North America, for example). So, since this is just a regular place where people live, the term "neighborhood" applies better. Good job with all the Novi Sad stuff (photos & text), by the way.
