Detroit Red (AKA) Jaylyrikal is an American musical artist and record producer. Best known for his appearance on the Don Cannon produced Cannon Remix in 2006, he has also produced for prominent artists in the music industry and ghost produced for some of the music industry's well known producers. In December 2006 Don Cannon shopped a track that Detroit Red produced to 50 Cent. 50 liked the record and that became the song known on 50 Cent's Curtis album as "Man Down".
