Hi Desertfax, The paragraph was removed for two reasons. First, it appeared to be an unnecessary amount of detail for a page about the photographer, not the photograph. Second, it seemed to violate Wikipedia's policy regarding No Original Research. If you can find a reliable source that says what you wish to add, then a case could be made for reinserting that information, or even giving the photograph its own article. Hi Goodnightmush, thank you for your explanation . I think we here have a borderline case : general trigonometry as well as computing sun's altitude as a function of time of the day can be found in any textbook on mathematics or navigation c.q. nautical astronomy . The photograph itself thereupon, is mentioned in the paragraph immediately preceding the paragraph I wanted to add for the sake of completeness . However, since my philosophy says Take It Or Leave It , I have no objection about deleting the concerned item if you so wish .
