This article is currently poorly written and reads like a promotion for Design-build. It is also incorrect as it confuses Design-bid-tender with Owner multiple tenders or, possibly, construction management. I will try to improve in days to come, but additional help would be greatly appreciated. In the meantime I will fix the intro Mariokempes 22:35, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
