Destruction Derby Raw is a game for the Sony PlayStation, developed by Studio 33. It was first released in 2000.
[edit] Game overview
Destruction Derby Raw is the sequel to the Playstation Destruction Derby 2. Here the player must race on different circuits, in a range of modes similar to its predecessor. The modes are Wrecking Racing (where the player must destroy or "wreck" the other competitors), Smash 4 $(an all new career mode where cars have to be purchased and upgraded) and Battle, which incorporates the traditional Destruction Derby mode, along with a few new additional modes such as skyscraper, whereby destruction derbies take place on skyscrapers, with a stronger emphasis on the last man standing mechanic. It was the last of the Playstation Destruction Derbies, before its PS2 successor Destruction Derby: Arenas.
[edit] Trivia
- Destruction Derby Raw was added to the PlayStation Platinum range in February 15, 2002.
