Desmond Stakes

The Desmond Stakes is a Group 3 flat horse race in the Republic of Ireland for three-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 1 mile (1,609 metres) at Leopardstown Racecourse in August.
Prior to 2002 the race took place at the Curragh.
