Desahogo is the second studio album released by mexican singer Pilar Montenegro. Was released in September 25, 2001.

The album yielded two singles, "Quítame Ese Hombre", a cover from and old single by Yolandita Monge that became wildly successful in the Latin Market with Pilar, and "Alguien Que Una Vez Amé".
