Derrick Deese (born May 17, 1970 in Culver City, CA) is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League.

His most prolific years were with the San Francisco 49ers between 1994 and 2003. During that time, he primarily played the position of left tackle. He played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2004.

Deese played college football at the University of Southern California after playing at El Camino College in Torrance, CA.
