I suggest moving the individual articles for Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala
from "X (department)" to "X Department"
That's the way it is done for all other articles in category:departments which need dab. (Except maybe some french, where dab is only partially needed.)
Chontales should be moved to "Chontales Department", maybe leaving redirect, even if there are other meanings.
