[edit] West of the Rockies?

I'm working on setting up a Department of the West. My understanding is that is responsiblity stretched past the Rockies to the border of California. Department of the West was responsible for the Utah War and various Indian conflicts that were west of the Rockies. Americasroof 14:10, 17 August 2006 (UTC)
