Perhaps worth mentioning is that anammox is related to denitrification in a way that they both produce N2, although metabolic pathways differ markedly and organisms aren't related. -- romunov 15:20, 17 January 2007 (UTC)

These edits are not suitable as you've completed them. This article is about the metabolic process of denitrification, not denitrification in a sewage sludge plant. If you wish to create a separate article as such you've got my support, but this is not an appropriate massive edit. Halogenated (talk) 03:08, 15 April 2008 (UTC)
