[edit] Speculation

The second paragraph has too much speculation. All that's clear from the series is that Bryson likes to wear women's clothing, but will occasionally exchange it for male garb. There is nothing I recall about the character's sexuality (other than the Audrey Horne business mentioned in the article - which I don't remember), and certainly nothing about whether Bryson is considering having an operation. About the only clear thing is that Bryson likes to be "Denise" most of the time (not necessarily all the time though). --MacRusgail 19:17, 10 June 2007 (UTC)

Your concerns are why the paragraph is written as it is. The actions of the character suggest these things, which is why it reads that they suggest them. - Unsigned comment by User:Otto4711
The paragraph speculates too much though. Bryson's sexuality is never really gone into, it's the cross dressing that is. --MacRusgail 17:39, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

I have to agree that the speculation and the heavy intent to portray Bryson one way is overarching in the article. I also think sentences like this "Bryson expresses an attraction to Audrey Horne which, if Bryson is transitioning, would mean Bryson is lesbian or bisexual" don't read well. If s/he's transition, it means s/he's lebian or bi? What else is obvious? I will be changing that sentence. I will also delete this sentence "which suggests that Bryson is transitioning from male to female" because it adds nothing more than the obvious.
