Dennis William Townhill OBE (born May 29, 1925) is an organist and composer.
Born in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England, Townhill has composed a set of responses for use at Anglican evensong. He was organist and choir master at St Mary's Cathedral, Edinburgh from 1961 to 1991, when he retired.
