[edit] Fair use for "DelcarVanBrochure2.jpg"

The image shown here is claimed to be used under fair use because:

  1. An actual DELCAR mini cargo van from the late 1940s probably does not exist today.
  2. There is no "free" equivalent of the actual factory sales brochure showing the Delcar Van.
  3. This has been previously published.
  4. The name of the photographer/artist is unknown.
  5. It is of lower resolution than the original, so it will not detract from the value of any original image.
  6. The image is only being used for informational purposes.
  7. The material is encyclopedic and otherwise meets general Wikipedia content requirements.
  8. This meets the media-specific policy requirements.
  9. The image is used in at least one article.
  10. The material contributes to the article by specifically illustrating the text about this vehicle.
  11. The image does not detract from the reputation of the subject.
