Delio César Toledo Rodas (born February 10, 1976 in Cecilio Báez, Paraguay) is a Paraguayan football defender who is a regular in the Paraguayan national football team.

Toledo started his career in Atlético Colegiales of Paraguay where after a good season he was transferred to Cerro Porteño. He then moved to Europe where he played for Udinese and Espanyol before returning to South America to play for Colón de Santa Fe. He then returned to Europe again to play for Real Zaragoza, and is currently playing for Kayserispor of Turkey.
At the national team level, Toledo represented Paraguay at the 2006 FIFA World Cup.
